Sizing

What sizes do bandanas come in?

Our over-the-collar bandanas come in multiple sizes to fit dogs from small breeds to large dogs like Labs and Golden Retrievers. Size options are listed on each individual product page. When in doubt, measure your dog's collar length and refer to our sizing guide, or contact us for a recommendation.

How do over-the-collar bandanas work?

Over-the-collar bandanas are designed to slide directly onto your dog's existing collar — no tying required. Simply thread your dog's collar through the two loops on the back of the bandana and it lays flat and stays in place throughout the day.

Materials & Care

What fabric are the bandanas made from?

Our bandanas are made from high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics selected for comfort, durability, and vibrant print quality. Licensed prints are produced on officially sourced fabric to meet licensing standards.

Are the bandanas machine washable?

Yes. We recommend washing bandanas in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid hot water and high heat in the dryer, as this can cause shrinkage and affect print quality over time.

Can I put them in the dryer?

We recommend air drying to preserve fabric quality and print vibrancy. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat setting only. High heat can cause shrinkage and may affect the appearance of printed fabrics over time.

What licenses does Top Rocks Creations hold?

Top Rocks Creations holds official licenses to produce pet accessories for Ohio State Buckeyes (NCAA), Tennessee Volunteers (NCAA), Ohio University Bobcats (NCAA), and U.S. Army.

Are the Ohio State products officially licensed?

Yes. All Ohio State Buckeyes pet accessories sold by Top Rocks Creations are officially licensed through the NCAA licensing program. You can shop with confidence knowing these products meet official brand standards.

Custom Orders

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we accept select custom orders including wedding pet accessories and specialty bandanas. Please reach out via our contact page or email toprockscreations@gmail.com with your vision, timeline, and quantity and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom order timelines vary depending on complexity and quantity. In general, plan for 2–4 weeks from approval to shipment. We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weddings and holiday events.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Standard orders are processed in 1–3 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $50 ship free via USPS. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $4.99. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

Wholesale

How do I carry Top Rocks Creations in my store?

We welcome retail partners! Our minimum opening order is $150 and reorders start at $75. We offer Net 30 terms through Faire. Visit our wholesale page to learn more and browse our Faire storefront.

Our products are available at select retail partners in Ohio including Mutts and Co. and Painted Tree Boutique Markets in the Columbus area.
