Q: Where can I shop your products?
A: You can find Top Rocks Paws on Etsy, Amazon Handmade, TikTok Shop, and through our Linktree. You can also shop in person at select and local Ohio stores.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Handmade orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or large sales, processing may take a few extra days. If you need a rush order please reach out to me directly.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we ship within the United States. For special requests, please reach out through our contact form. We can ship internationally via Etsy.

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: Most orders ship via USPS with tracking included.
